Business Processes Senior Consultant

Purpose and Objective

SAP America, Inc. seeks a professional to drive business consulting by translating customer visions into solutions.

• Map business processes to solution requirements and help position disruptive business innovation.
• Support the transformation towards the intelligent enterprise and drive change management.
• Manage end-to-end solution design and configuration (on-premise, cloud, and hybrid) using state-of-the-art methodologies.
• Participate in transition planning and drive deployment of best practice business processes.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution reviews, and feasibility studies.
• Act as a (sub‑)project lead or team lead for service delivery when required.
• Deliver customer workshops, training, and support line managers in people development.
• Support partner‑led projects and introduce industry‑leading practices.
• Create project documentation and support the evolution of the services portfolio.
• Assist in solution testing, issue resolution, and mentoring of business process consultants.

• Option 1:
  Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field + 6 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience.
• Option 2:
  Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field + 4 years of experience.

• 4 Years of Experience Required In:
  • Design, prototype, system configuration, and testing of SAP S/4
    
    HANA and ECC (Planning and Procurement (MM/PP), Logistics and Inventory Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Invoicing/Tax Integration, and Master Data for Procurement).
  • Team lead or management of project/program management, systems implementation, or process engineering.
  • Middleware and direct connect ERP integration (B2B communication standards, EDI interface, and Data Migration in EDIX
    12).
• 3 Years of Experience Required In:
  • Implementing Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
  • SDLC project methodology.
  • Agile or Lean methodology.
  • Managing User stories, features, scenarios, and epics.
  • To‑Be Business Process modeling and documentation.
  • Requirement gathering and gap analysis.

• Travel:
  Up to 80% domestic or international travel to client sites.
• Compensation:
  Annual base salary range: $125,611 - $196,010. Targeted combined range (base + variable incentive): $135,600 - $230,600.
