SAP America, Inc. seeks a Services Engagement Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location to lead the Premium Engagement program.

• Lead analysis of customer situation and requirements, including business, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics.
• Lead engagement planning of Premium Engagement services to customer requirements, solutions, value propositions, and contract alignment, working with account teams, experts, partners, and executives.
• Lead engagement quality and execution, including governance, issue/escalation management, executive reporting, resource staffing, procurement, and delivery.
• Lead engineering services for end‑to‑end projects, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, and workshops.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and seven (7) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience.

Position requires up to 60% domestic or international travel to customer sites.

The annual base salary range is $160,480 - $272,720. The targeted combined compensation range (base + variable) is $200,600 - $340,900, dependent on experience, skills, and location.
