Job Title
Hands-on Service Now development experience with ITSM and CMDB
Strong development/coding background, including custom application development
Security+ certification - may obtain within 15 days of start date
4+ years of Service Now development experience (strong candidates with less experience may be considered)
Experience developing and configuring Service Now applications, workflows, forms, tables, reports, dashboards, and service catalogs
Experience creating and supporting Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer solutions, and integrations
Experience working with REST APIs and integrating Service Now with external systems
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) - highly preferred
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
Experience with Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT)
Experience with Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)
Experience with Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI)
Experience developing Service Catalog solutions and automated workflows
Experience with Integration Hub
Experience working with Kafka, Netcool, Elastic, or similar enterprise integrations
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
Experience supporting telecommunications, satellite communications, or DISA environments
Experience working within Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now applications supporting DISA modernization initiatives
Support the implementation and enhancement of ITSM, CMDB, CSM, OMT, TSM, and TNI capabilities
Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, forms, tables, dashboards, reports, and service catalogs
Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer automations, and REST integrations
Create scalable solutions that support satellite communications ordering and mission management capabilities
Integrate Service Now with enterprise systems and external data sources
Support migration efforts from legacy systems into the Service Now platform
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Develop and maintain role-based access controls (ACLs), notifications, and automated processes
Create dashboards and reporting solutions that provide operational visibility and performance insights
Troubleshoot and resolve platform, application, and integration issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional development teams
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain technical documentation and follow Service Now development best practices
Contribute to mission-critical solutions that improve operational efficiency, network performance, and service delivery for DISA and DoD customers
