Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Design, implement, and support enterprise storage solutions (block, file, and object).
• Manage provisioning and lifecycle operations, including LUN/volume allocation, host mapping, masking, and expansions.
• Administer SAN infrastructure (Cisco MDS), including zoning, VSANs, and fabric performance optimization.
• Manage NAS platforms and file services (SMB/CIFS, NFS v3/v4, Kerberos-enabled environments).
• Monitor and optimize storage performance, availability, and capacity using enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across SAN, NAS, and iSCSI environments; engage vendors as needed.
• Execute BAU changes in alignment with change, incident, and service management processes.
• Support disaster recovery operations, including replication, testing, and incident response.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and maintenance in accordance with lifecycle standards.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements (encryption, vulnerability remediation, audit support).
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and CMDB/inventory records.
• Provide capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with server, virtualization, backup, and cloud teams.
• Lead storage migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support critical incidents.

• Must have skills:
  Dell EMC Power Max, Block and file storage, SAN/NAS.
• 7 years of enterprise storage administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Dell EMC Power Max/VMAX, Power Scale (Isilon), and Pure Storage.
• Experience with storage provisioning, replication, snapshots, and performance tuning.
• Solid troubleshooting across storage, networking, and VMware environments.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery concepts.
• Scripting/automation experience (Power Shell, Python) preferred.
  
  Experience with ITIL processes (change, incident, Service Now).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Amazon FSx for Net App ONTAP or similar cloud storage platforms.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud and migration initiatives.
• Knowledge of Net App ONTAP (Snap Mirror, Snap Vault).
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications (Dell EMC, Cisco, VMware, Net App).
