** Job Description and Responsibilities:
* Experience providing comprehensive administrative and program support within a fast-paced program office.
* Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and tracking official documentation, including suspense reports, meeting notes, and action items.
* Experience in providing direct support to program leadership through the development of briefing materials, creation of data visualizations (graphs/charts), and coordination of daily office activities such as scheduling, travel, and supplies.
* Experience providing day-to-day operational support for the office, such as facilitating meetings by managing audio-visual systems and executing routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

* A minimum of three (3) years of Action Officer experience is required
* Bachelor's Degree
* Substitutions:
Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree About Semper Valens Solutions:
