Acclaim Technical Services, founded in 2000, is a leader in language, operations, and technology services for U.S. Federal agencies. Our Defense & Homeland Security Division in Hanover, MD seeks an NCU Instructor with reporting credentials and a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to deliver engaging, mission‑aligned training to analysts.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interactive training sessions aligned with evolving mission requirements.
- Facilitate learning that helps analysts reach new levels of insight and performance.
- Adapt instructional methods to suit diverse learner needs and skill levels.
- Provide hands‑on tutoring, including one‑to‑one sessions, quarterly seminars, and virtual support.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to refine course content and training.
- Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of mission areas and evolving analyst skill sets.
- Proven experience instructing or training professionals in mission‑driven environments.
- Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft and intelligence or operations workflows.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Minimum of thirty‑six (36) months relevant experience in the technical skill/area of expertise for which the training will be provided.
- Adjunct faculty certification preferred.
- Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
