Position: Mid-Level Cyber Business Process Eng [$211k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance
Location: Annapolis Junction

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered. Lead secure, high-performing development teams and optimize our engineering workflows. We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to drive Scrum methodologies, analyze and re-engineer business processes, and leverage JIRA dashboards to track programmatic metrics. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure all continuous improvements align strictly with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and enterprise compliance standards.

Job Description:

• Develop capabilities to shift from manual system security evaluation to an automated model emphasizing streamlined approvals.
• Apply process improvement and engineering methodologies to conduct process modernization projects.
• Assist with transitioning existing project teams and facilitating agile teams to achieve project objectives.
• Perform activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, and create performance management assessments.
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Serve as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
• Document, track, and drive requirements to completion using JIRA and Confluence.
• Utilize expertise in Program Management, Requirements Analysis, and System Security.
• Lead technical teams and implement Dev Ops practices within an Agile/Scrum environment.
