Position: SIGDEV Analyst L2 with Security Clearance
Location: Annapolis Junction

Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a SIGDEV Analyst Level 2 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.  A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered. This position is open to CCA candidates that meet the requirements.

Description:

Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer access. The technology focus will be aligned with data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.

To be considered for this position, candidates must understand the significance of their role within a 24/7 mission essential TTO and be able to support varying schedules at times to ensure mission coverage. Applicant must be flexible with their schedule and be available to support 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule, working either Day Shift ), Swing Shift ), or Mid Shift ) to include weekends and holidays.

As well as a panama shift: three days on, two days off, followed by two days on and three days off, with 12-hour shifts from 5:00 to 5:00. Requirements A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered. This position is open to CCA candidates that meet the requirements.

Required Skills:

* At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
* Within the last seven (7) years, at least three (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
* Demonstrated experience using Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
* FORNSAT experience is required
* Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems
* DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
* Basic troubleshooting experience
* Ability to follow basic SOPs and documentation accordingly
* Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
* Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450) Desired

Skills:

* Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
* Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)
* Familiarity with Apache Ni Fi  
* Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
