Position: Senior Dataflow Systems Engineer [$274k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance
Location: Annapolis Junction

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:

• Manage Jira tickets and Confluence documentation.
• Provide support for Data Management tools, including troubleshooting and user access.
• Coordinate software deployments, system upgrades, and security patches.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Software Development teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering.
• Utilize strong Communications and Technical Writing skills. Qualifications & Compensation:

• Total Compensation: $274k+ yearly

Job Description:

• Manage the full lifecycle of project help desk Jira tickets, including prioritization, assignment, tracking, follow-up, and closure.
• Provide comprehensive support for Data Management tools, covering user access management, change requests, and real-time technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate effectively with system engineers, software engineers, and external application teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document reported issues and change requests in Jira across various network platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation within Confluence.
• Coordinate software deployments, system upgrades, and security patches.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings to provide updates, gather requirements, and align on priorities.
• Generate and deliver weekly and monthly performance, incident, and operational metrics.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts effectively.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
