Position: Junior Kubernetes Integrator [$227k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance
Location: Annapolis Junction

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:

• Administer and support Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Kubernetes clusters in a Linux environment.
• Develop scripts using Bash and Python.
• Utilize Docker, Ansible, and Helm Charts for deployment and automation.
• Monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Manage source code with Git.
• Work in a Dev Ops environment using Agile principles and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Integrate and support COTS/GOTS software. Qualifications & Compensation:

Job Description:

• Administer, maintain, and provide operational support for Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Kubernetes clusters in a Linux-based infrastructure.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security compliance, and optimal cluster performance.
• Utilize Linux CLI and develop scripts using Bash/Python for automation and system management.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker/Podman.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, including workloads, ingress, performance, networking, and storage.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC) principles using automation tools like Ansible.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes applications.
• Employ system monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Manage source code using Git for version control, branching strategies, and team collaboration.
• Operate within a Dev Ops environment, applying Agile principles and methodologies.
• Utilize the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) for project management and collaboration.
• Integrate and support COTS/GOTS software solutions.
• Requires Security+ certification and participation in on-call support.
