Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Manage application deployments, software configuration, server management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise required in Dev Ops, Linux, AWS, Docker Swarm, Git Lab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Git.
• Desired skills include Python, NiFi, Elasticsearch, Java, Spring, and MongoDB. Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree:
Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $316k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Support a modernization effort focusing on Dev Ops engineering for authoring, dissemination, and supporting tools.
• Deploy applications and install/configure complex software.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Monitor and maintain system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Participate in a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support.
• Required skills include:
Linux, AWS, MASH, VMs, Docker Swarm, Git Lab CI/CD, Terraform scripting and VM provisioning, Ansible scripting and development, thorough understanding of Docker & Docker Compose container technology, and Git.
• Desired skills include:
Python scripting and development, NiFi maintenance and configuration, Elasticsearch maintenance and configuration, Java / Spring Boot (troubleshooting error logs), HAProxy, and MongoDB. Telework:
Up to 1 day/week telework is allowed.
