Linux Admin
- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration. Configure and manage Linux operating systems alongside Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. Install/load operating systems software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

- End-User Support:
Help desk support across all levels (both in-person and via phone) - Systems Administration:
Linux Server administration alongside Windows 10/11 and Windows Server - Configuration Management:
Automation utilizing Puppet and Ansible - Scripting & Development:
Scripting proficiency in Power Shell, Python, and Bash - Infrastructure:
Net App storage management and Network administration - Vmware, Horizon Core work hours 6am to 6pm. Tier 1-3 support
