Summary:
• Provide comprehensive support for critical IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize IT system infrastructure environments.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Configure, manage, and secure Windows operating systems.
• Implement and apply Dev Ops methodologies to enhance system development and operations.
• Utilize expertise in AWS cloud services for system deployment, management, and scaling. Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree:
Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Salary: $222k+ yearly compensation
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher is required.
Job Description:
• Perform advanced systems administration tasks for Windows operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows-based servers, workstations, and associated applications.
• Implement and manage various IT system infrastructure components, including network services and storage solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across IT systems and infrastructure, minimizing downtime.
• Apply Dev Ops principles and tools to automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
• Manage and operate services and resources within the AWS cloud environment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and security.
• Conduct software testing and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
