Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Field Support Services Engineer to provide technical support, systems troubleshooting, and customer assistance for mission‑critical government systems. This role supports field operations by ensuring system reliability, resolving technical issues, and providing end‑user training.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system analysis for customers and field personnel.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networked systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system and network issues to maximize operational availability.
• Train customers on system operation, configuration, and best practices.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify root causes and reduce recurring incidents.
• Travel to customer sites to provide onsite technical support and system implementation.

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with four or more years of related experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT systems, hardware, software, or network environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
