Position: Mid-Level Oracle Database Admin [$301k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance
Location: Annapolis Junction

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:

• Administer, maintain, and secure enterprise database systems including Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase.
• Perform proactive performance tuning, index maintenance, disaster recovery, and data modeling prototypes.
• Ensure high availability, data integrity, and compliance across complex database environments. Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree:
Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $301k+ yearly (tentative)
• Required Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Job Description:

• Maintain the integrity, security, and availability of multiple relational databases.
• Perform Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase database and application server administration.
• Execute performance analysis, query optimization, index maintenance, and comprehensive disaster recovery procedures.
• Establish and manage database user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Conduct database and software lifecycle activities to meet operational availability and performance requirements.
• Support data modeling activities through prototype database implementations and coordinate architecture updates.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging DBMS tools, strategies, and technologies.
