Job DescriptionCandidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Design, develop, test, and productize advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) algorithms and models to address critical operational challenges.
• Architect robust data pipelines and ML workflows, including model training, evaluation, retraining, and deployment.
• Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning packages to iteratively enhance model performance and deliver predictive capabilities. Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree:
Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 2+ years
• Total Compensation: $235k+ yearly (tentative)
• Active security clearance required
Job Description:
• Select appropriate data sets and perform comprehensive statistical analysis to drive model development.
• Design, run, and optimize machine learning algorithms using industry-standard ML libraries and packages.
• Train, retrain, deploy, schedule, and monitor models based on continuous user and system feedback.
• Execute standard test and evaluation protocols to ensure scalable solutions and optimal model performance.
• Provide system integration oversight and collaborate with engineering teams across the full development lifecycle.
• Apply proficiency in key programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and R.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for AI-related matters, applying strong analytical and communication skills to lead technical initiatives.
