Summary:

• Design, develop, test, and operationalize advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to solve complex operational challenges.
• Manage model architecture, end-to-end data pipeline integration, and continuous performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership across model training, deployment, testing, and validation workflows.

Qualifications & Compensation:

• Degree:
  Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 13+ years
• Total Compensation: $367k+ yearly (tentative)

Job Description:

• Build, evaluate, deploy, and monitor scalable machine learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Transform data science prototypes into high-performance, scalable production solutions.
• Apply modern software architecture, data modeling, and data structure principles across application environments.
• Perform statistical analysis, select appropriate datasets, and verify data integrity to enhance model accuracy.
• Conduct testing, evaluation, and validation protocols to verify algorithm performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and serve as a technical subject matter expert.
