Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Project & Program Management

PwrQ Holdings LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead energy and grid analytics software projects within the Project Management & Coordination team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of data-driven tools and decision-support platforms for utilities, developers, and grid operators. You will own project scoping, timelines, budgets, and risk management while coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and product experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of energy and grid analytics software projects for utility and developer clients
• Define project scope, timelines, and milestones; manage schedules, budgets, and risks in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, data science, engineering, and client stakeholders
• Translate complex technical and analytical requirements into clear project plans and client-ready deliverables
• Facilitate stand-ups, status meetings, and stakeholder updates; track progress and remove execution roadblocks
• Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation for models, tools, and decision-support platforms
• Support proposal development, project estimates, and resource planning for new and ongoing engagements
• Continuously improve project management processes, metrics, and tools to enhance delivery efficiency
