This position requires in-depth knowledge ofsearchbest practices: building paid campaigns,A/B testing, tracking,optimizing, and reporting on performance, and content ideation.

We'realso looking for you to bring your POV on organic strategies from concept, execution and optimizations based on data analysis.

You'llalso keep up with current AI trends and apply optimizations in our paid and organic strategies.

This is a highly visible role where the Performance

Marketing Assistant Managerwillwork closely with corporate and multi-property departments,vendors,and agency partners.

You'llbe based out of our Maryland or Philadelphia location but often work remotely.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Paid Search

  • Support and effectively communicate with the Sr. Digital Marketing Managerregardingall paid search account management.
  • Perform daily campaign activities for enterprise-levelpaid search campaigns including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, and campaign expansion.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy,establish bidding strategies to exceed KPIs and manage budget accordingly.
  • Assistin paid search campaign strategies and testing projects.
  • Assist gaming and gaming operations,floors promotions, Live! Rewards, as needed.
  • Pull weekly campaign reports and analyze campaign highlight sand action items.
  • Collaborate with corporate and property stakeholders to support business goals, keeping stakeholders informed of performance to goals on a weekly,monthly,and quarterly basis.
  • Contribute to monthly marketing bestpracticespresentations and quarterly digital agency reviews.
  • Coordinate with digital media agencies as needed.
  • Mentor teamson SEM best practices, update on industry news,maintainrelevantcertifications,andidentifylearning opportunities.

  SEO

  • Support Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with SEO projects.
  • Partner with agency and internal team to implement SEO standards during site redesigns, major and minor enhancements,and new site features.
  • Monitor SEO performance byutilizingSEO tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics

  • Identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs,audits,and data/traffic analysis.
  • Mentor teamson SEO best practices, update on industry news andidentifylearning opportunities.

  AI Search

  • Support the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with AI optimization projects.
  • Measure AI performance using AI tools.
  • Identify and implement AI optimizations to improve our AI visibility, brand mentions,and SOV scores.
  • Mentor teams on AIO best practices

Must-Haves:

• Education

• A four (4)-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Media relations or a related field or equivalent work experience

• Google Ads Certificationisa plus

• Proficient in Google Analytics4, Certification is aplus

• Experience

• 2- 3years managing search campaigns for a business or agency

• 2- 4+ years total work experience in a business or agency setting

• Experience independently managing paid search campaigns from soup to nuts

• Working knowledge of and ability to build out reports in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 required

• Working knowledge of Google Ads Editor is a plus

• Data (formerly Looker)
  Studio knowledge is a plus

• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager,Semrush,Review Tracker sis a plus.

• Experience with Sitecore is a plus

• Understanding of Schemaa plus

• Understanding of web analyticsmethodologyand strategies

• Proficient ,or other project management tools

• Hospitality/Gaming industry experience a plus but not required

• Supervisory experience preferred but not required

• Must be able to obtain andmaintaina valid gaming license asdeterminedby Maryland and/or Pennsylvania gaming authorities
