Teach in multiple instructional modalities, which may include face‑to‑face, online, remote, hybrid, accelerated, evening, and weekend formats. Teaching assignments may occur at different Montgomery College campuses or locations and may include dual‑enrollment or Early College courses. Fulfill a standard minimum workload of thirty (30) equivalent semester hours (ESH) per academic year and deliver assigned courses in accordance with College catalog descriptions, approved master course syllabi, departmental standards, and College policies.

Advise, mentor, and support students regarding academic progress, career and transfer pathways, industry certifications, internships, scholarships, and other educational and professional opportunities.
