At least 1-4 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and administering Lab Ware LIMS version 8.0 or above in a regulated water and wastewater laboratory environment is required

The Client is seeking an experienced Lab Ware LIMS Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation and deployment of its new Lab Ware Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

The consultant will work closely with internal IT teams, laboratory personnel, and Lab Ware implementation partners to configure, customize, test, and successfully deploy the new LIMS solution. This role requires deep expertise in Lab Ware LIMS v8, particularly with the Contract Lab Template (CLT) and Enterprise Water Component Template (EWT) in regulated laboratory environments.

• Configure, customize, and implement Lab Ware LIMS based on business and laboratory requirements.
• Lead the deployment and customization of the Contract Lab Template (CLT) and Enterprise Water Component Template (EWT).
• Integrate laboratory instruments with Lab Ware LIMS for automated data collection.
• Develop Crystal Reports, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Configure quality management components including stability studies, quality control, and control charting.
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues throughout implementation and post-go-live.
• Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal IT and LIMS administrators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory best practices.

• Biology
• Or a related technical discipline

Lab Ware Administration/Configuration Certifications are highly preferred.

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Lab Ware LIMS.

Strong experience delivering full lifecycle Lab Ware LIMS implementations.

Experience working within regulated laboratory environments.

Water or wastewater laboratory experience is highly preferred.
