** Senior Technical Director
** to join our growing team!

In this role you will get to support key activities in defense of emerging threats in the cybersecurity domain.  You will work as part of a team that analyzes data and develops and tailors capabilities with the goal to prevent and eradicate threats to critical U.S. systems.

** What You'll Be Doing**  **:*
* + Shape technical strategy and lead the technical execution of program engineering and deployment of advanced solutions (including AI/ML) for cybersecurity program.

+ Present technical findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to mission leadership and technical stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical milestones, ensuring alignment with longer term mission objectives.

+ Identify emerging solutions, services, and best practices to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.

+ Collaborate with mission leadership and technical points of contact to ensure transparency and alignment of program execution with government requirements.

+ Ensure delivery of timely and accurate solutions that support mission outcomes.

+ Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and support mitigation of risks by proactively keeping mission stakeholders apprised of risks on the critical path of deliverables.

+ Translate mission customer qualitative analysis process and goals into quantitative formulations that are coded into software prototypes.

+ Oversee the development and implementation of statistical and machine learning techniques to create descriptive and predictive analytics.

+ Evaluate and validate the performance of analytics using standard techniques and metrics and oversee development of individual analytic efforts guiding them toward solutions that can scale to large datasets.

+ Mentor team of engineers to help them grow professionally.

+ Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technology, driving their adoption as appropriate across the team.

+ Establish and maintain partnerships with industry leaders to foster program innovation for the mission customer.

+ Support program staffing by joining interviews with potential candidates ensuring proper feedback loop.

+ Support organic growth for the program with the delivery of white papers.

+ Support the growth of the Parsons NSO directorate with business development activities.

** What Required Skills You'll Bring**  **:*
* +  
** Active TS SCI w/Polygraph security clearance*
* + Bachelor degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree

+ 10+ years experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience

+ Experience leading teams.

+ Experience working with analyst teams including conducting data analysis and creating data visualizations.

+ Advanced presentation skills

+ Superb oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail while making decisive decisions

+ Technical thought leadership and problem-solving skills
