Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, quoting, claims processing, audits, endorsements, certificates, and billing.

• Salary Range
  : $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Manage a $3 million book of business, including small to middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from small to $100,000+.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, quoting, claims processing, audits, endorsements, certificates, and billing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Utilize AMS
  360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuing education opportunities, which are fully supported and encouraged by the company.

• Licensure
  :
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a proven track record of handling both new and renewal business.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in AMS
  360 software is preferred.

  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
