Brown & Brown is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our growing team in Nashville, TN
!

The Technical Assistant is responsible for assisting the account managers with the day to day servicing of accounts while learning about the Insurance industry.

• Issue certificates of insurance
• Check endorsements for accuracy, invoice and deliver to client.
• Check audits for accuracy, invoice, and delivery to client.
• Prepare policy delivery books for clients.
• Prepare Proposals of Insurance using the agency management system and
• Microsoft Word.
• Order loss runs from various carriers or obtain them from the carrier website.
• Perform routine administrative tasks.
• Pursues a course of personal, professional development.
• Other duties or special projects may be assigned.

• TN Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred)
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position (preferred)
• AMS
  360 and Image Right software experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
