We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Solid track record of success in sales or client-facing roles.

Strong comfort level with computers and digital policy management platforms.

Clear, empathetic communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to Denton, Maryland.

A genuine desire to help neighbors protect what they care about most.
