Cultivate and manage a robust portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is protected correctly.
Present clear, easy-to-understand coverage options that empower clients to make informed choices.
Proactively monitor policy renewals and contact clients to review their coverage periodically.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to resolve billing inquiries and claims issues quickly.
Participate in local community initiatives to broaden our presence in the Owings Mills area.
RequirementsActive Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Clear and articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations.
Ability to prioritize multiple client requests without losing attention to detail.
Previous experience with carrier-specific quoting portals is a definite advantage.
