Compensation: $22-$24 per hour

Responsibilities- Route Execution: Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
- Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
- Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
- Reporting & Documentation: Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
- Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
- Adaptability & Reliability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
- Education: High School or GED
- Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
- License: CDL‑B & DOT Medical Card
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
- Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass an MVR check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
- Safety & Compliance Focus: Ability to follow safety procedures, conduct inspections, operate equipment responsibly, and comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Execution & Reliability: Strong ability to plan routes, complete work efficiently and accurately, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
- Communication & Issue Reporting: Effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates, represent the Company professionally, and promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns.

- Work Environment & Exposure: Constant work outdoors with regular exposure to weather, elements, and traffic; occasional exposure to loud noise, dust/debris, and jarring conditions; limited exposure to chemicals.
- Physical Demands: Frequent sitting and walking/standing; occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling; limited stair climbing and crawling; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs at varying heights, including overhead.
- Cognitive & Sensory Requirements: Continuous reading, screen use, mental focus, and hand‑eye coordination throughout the workday.
- Equipment & Tools: Operation of specialized equipment (e.g., mechanical broom sweeper) and use of hand controls, foot controls, and fine motor skills.
- Safety & Protective Gear: Required use of appropriate PPE, including high‑visibility apparel, eye, ear, hand, foot, head, lung, and skin protection.
