- Execute regional or business-unit supply chain strategies aligned with global and corporate direction -
- Lead purchasing, inventory, logistics, and master data management within assigned scope
- Provide multi-site operational leadership across manufacturing and distribution locations
- Manage production ramp-ups and support periods of rapid growth or transformation
- Operate effectively within a global matrix organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead supply chain participation in ERP and SAP-enabled digital transformation initiatives (including S/4
HANA) - Drive performance management through KPIs, analytics, and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with customs, trade, export control, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management initiatives
- Own regional or business-unit supply chain budgets and cost optimization initiatives
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing supply chain teams and leadership pipelines
