At The Arbor Company, we're looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic team member to join our Engagement team! In this role, you'll safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and adventures while also helping create fun, engaging experiences that bring joy and connection to daily life.

Work Schedule:

* Monday-Thursday | 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

* Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week

What You'll Do

As a Driver / Engagement Coordinator, you will:

* Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, shopping trips, and community events

* Assist residents entering and exiting the community van while ensuring safety and comfort at all times

* Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain transportation logs

* Help residents with packages, walkers, or belongings during outings

* Support and participate in resident activities and events when transportation is not scheduled

* Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

* Help create engaging, fun, and purposeful experiences through Arbor's engagement program

* Bring positive energy, compassion, and creativity to work every day

What We're Looking For

* Experience in Senior Living, Activities, Hospitality, Recreation, or Customer Service preferred

* Must be comfortable driving the community van

* Good driving record required

* Friendly, dependable, patient, and team-oriented personality

* Someone who enjoys connecting with seniors and making a difference in their day
