As a Porter/Valet, you will help keep dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring vehicles and customer areas are clean, organized, and ready for service and sales needs.

• Relocating and parking vehicles in assigned areas to support daily service and sales flow
• Keeping the lot orderly, clearly arranged, and free of obstructions
• Washing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to maintain a customer-ready presentation
• Providing courtesy transportation support and assisting with service appointment vehicle shuttling
• Receiving and inspecting new-vehicle deliveries and supporting inventory record accuracy
• Maintaining cleanliness across the lot, showroom, and customer waiting areas
• Supporting the service team with drop-offs/pick-ups and delivering parts or paperwork between departments

Required qualifications:

• Prior porter/valet experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
• Professional communication and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay is $16/hour for this full-time, onsite role in Laurel, MD. Apply to be considered.

Your day begins by reviewing immediate needs from the service drive and sales team, then prioritizing vehicle staging so the lot remains easy to navigate for guests and staff. Throughout the day, you shift between quick turnarounds prepping a vehicle for a showroom presentation, coordinating a shuttle run, or helping route keys and documents while maintaining consistent standards for cleanliness in high-traffic areas.

You will work with multiple departments, respond to changing priorities, and close out the day by confirming vehicles are positioned correctly for the next morning's appointments and deliveries.
