Position SummaryAs a Tire & Battery Center Technician you will provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to meet members’ expectations and help the club achieve its goals.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and product specifications.
- Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems.
- Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs to the TBC lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, and report complaints and hazards.
- Model high‑quality service and products, influence and inspire others, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, applying the Open Door Policy and acting with integrity and humility.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, and determining improvement opportunities.
- Valid state‑issued driver's license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
- Auto service industry experience.
- Retail experience.

Hourly wage range: $20.00 to $28.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
