Bd is looking for an Operations Supervisor (Weekend) based in Sparks, MD. This role is critical for coordinating inbound deliveries, stock replenishment, and outbound processing in the Distribution Center. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warehousing and logistics, along with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Engineering is preferred, along with at least two years of leadership experience in the field. Key responsibilities include monitoring productivity, supporting continuous improvements, and utilizing SAP for warehouse management.
