- Training Schedule (through July 31):
- Collaborate with production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team. Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure on‑time completion of tasks and orders.
- Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards, and address any deviations promptly.
- Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals. Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Proactively communicate effectively with the inventory control team to ensure timely replenishment of stock on the line, preventing out‑of‑stock items and shorts.
- Foster effective communication across all warehouse teams to identify and effectively resolve issues that may impede the on‑time and accurate delivery of customers orders.
- Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36°F).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.
- Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
- Experience working in a food‑based environment.
