We are seeking an organized individual who wants to grow their career at Misfits Market as a Certified Trainer. This role will support the functional training of new hires, evaluate the initial performance capabilities of trainees, provide peer coaching, and assist in other onboarding activities as needed. • Shift: Sunday to Wednesday, 2 PM to 1 AM
• $17.50/Hour

• Report to the department manager while assisting with training in their home department when needed.
• Conduct departmental on‑the‑floor training and cross‑training for all hourly associates utilizing approved training materials.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations on performance in line with training material.
• Ensure all required training documentation is completed properly and in a timely manner.
• Act as a friendly point‑of‑contact to support any new hires.
• Collaborate on identifying necessary training material updates or opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of availability in carrying out training needs on a day‑to‑day basis.

• Experience training peers or groups desirable.
• Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable.
• Must be self‑motivated, highly detail‑oriented and organized.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• High influencing.
• Willing to work overtime and possible weekends as needed.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment; experience in fast‑paced environment.
