We are rapidly expanding and are seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Reconciliation Clerk.
The Reconciliation Specialist will provide the Receiving department with administrative support including computer file maintenance and general office duties. The selected candidate should possess the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to frequent shifts in priorities. Must be energetic, work at a fast pace and possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Help manage Purchase Order Confirmations, which include quantity changes, and adding/deleting items
- Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts
- Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature
- Manage Vendor discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Orders
- Manage/Solve team member discrepancies, which include creating Purchase Order and maintaining inventory integrity
- Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data
- Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary
- Support Receiving department with communications between Receiving, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting and Vendors
- Good communication skills necessary
- Self-motivated with analytical skills and a desire to grow and move up in the organization
- Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team based environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Business Objects experience helpful
- Accounting, Operations or Purchasing experience a plus
- Other duties as assigned

- Eye strain from continual computer use
- Physical ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs
- High School education or equivalent required
- Minimum work experience of two to three years
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
