Floor & Decor - - Responsibilities:
Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity of store inventory through regular cycle counts and category reviews;
Research and adjust inventory discrepancies in the inventory system;
Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy and alignment with records;
Audit various processes (BFR, SRR, RTV, RTV) to ensure SOP compliance and prevent shrink;
Assist Operations Manager during physical inventory periods and communicate discrepancies to department managers
