As Supply Center Manager, you will lead end-to-end supply center operations, ensuring reliable, cost-efficient, and compliant deliveries while developing a high-performing team and strong supplier network.

• Drive delivery performance, resource planning, and operational excellence across production, warehousing, logistics, and system testing
• Lead S&OP execution, capacity planning, and inventory optimization in line with Global Supply guidelines
• Collaborate with Global Category Management and suppliers to secure competitive, reliable, and sustainable sourcing
• Ensure quality, HSE, and trade compliance standards are fully implemented
• Build team capability, foster a culture of accountability, courage, trust, and collaboration, and execute key HR processes

• Leads by example and empowers their team
• Thrives in a global, matrix organization and drives change
• Has strong supply chain, production, and procurement leadership experience
• Builds trust and influence across internal and external stakeholders
• Communicates clearly and drives continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, logistics, automation, or business
• 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, production, or operations
• Experience with S&OP, inventory management, and procurement development
• Familiarity with ERP systems and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Knowledge of quality systems, HSE, and global trade compliance

• On-time delivery and lead-time performance
• Inventory turnover and working capital efficiency
• Quality, safety, and compliance metrics
• S&OP maturity and process adherence
