We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscaping Project Manager - Design Build to join our team at Pinehurst Landscapes.
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. Requirements for our Landscaping Project Manager - Design Build:- 3+ years of project management experience in the landscape design and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in business management/project management software and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials
- Pool Construction experience.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and their needs are met throughout the project.
- Coordinating and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and subcontractors.
- Overseeing daily operations on job sites, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitoring project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Creating and managing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and completion of projects.
- Identifying potential project challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and company leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
