Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in Kingsville, MD and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all projects in the assigned region, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff
  • Monitor and analyze project progress, budgets, and schedules to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to review and approve project bids
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency in the region
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, financials, and other key metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
