description
serving as the senior leader for a multidisciplinary contract effort, acting as the single point of contact for all government program authorities.
- directing the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements.
- developing and enforcing procedures, allocating and acquiring resources, managing financial controls, and providing transparent progress reporting to senior stakeholders.

salary statementestimated starting salary range: usd $/yr.
- usd $/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
- master's degree in a business, engineering, technical, or related discipline (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering management, systems engineering).
- active dod top secret clearance (or higher).
- at least 10 years of full-time professional experience, including:
- eight years in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling a minimum of two large-scale projects or programs.
- five years of management and supervisory responsibility, overseeing staff and/or subcontractors.
- possession of a recognized certification such as pmp, pgmp, prince2
, or an equivalent is required. - demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-project efforts, develop and enforce standard operating procedures, manage resource acquisition and allocation, and control financial and administrative aspects of a contract in accordance with contractual terms.
- proven track record delivering government or defense-related projects on time and within budget.
- strong knowledge of dod acquisition and contract management regulations (far, dfars, navair policies).
- budgeting, cost-tracking, earned value management, and reporting.
- excellent stakeholder-engagement skills; comfortable serving as the primary liaison with senior government officials and program managers.
- ability to translate technical requirements into actionable work plans and clear performance metrics.
- skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution across multiple simultaneous projects.
- leadership style that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among diverse technical teams.
- proficiency with project-management tools (microsoft project, primavera, smartsheet, or equivalent) and collaboration platforms (sharepoint, teams, etc.).
- experience with earned value management system (evms) reporting preferred.
- additional certifications such as lean six sigma, agile scrum master, or defense acquisition workforce improvement act (dawia) level iii are a plus.
src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the top secret level with top secret / sci eligibility
travel requirements- domestic travel: up to 15% of the year (approximately three weeks) for onsite visits to government facilities, contractor sites, or stakeholder meetings.
