Position: Financial Center Manager - Green Spring Station Financial Center
Location: Timonium

This position is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day‑to‑day basis, operating as a business owner and fostering a client‑centric and risk‑aware culture to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and source talent, including proactive recruitment.
  • Manage client traffic, engage and route clients, and foster client retention.
  • Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
  • Create a world‑class client experience environment.
  • Manage market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.
  • Drive operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy.
  • Manage organizational priorities and effective execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Collaborates effectively to get things done and builds strong relationships.
  • Presents passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for clients and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
  • Follows established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity; can manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interprets performance results, finds opportunities to drive success, and holds others accountable to results.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals that were routinely met or exceeded.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay range: $73,500.00 – $ annually, based on experience, education, and skill set.
