Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Leader to provide business ownership, foster a client‑centric culture, and drive operational excellence across a cluster of financial centers in designated markets. The role serves as an interim leader in the absence of the assigned Financial Center Manager and acts as a market‑level resource.
Responsibilities- Operate as a backup financial center leader within a market.
- Manage client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention.
- Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
- Create a world‑class client experience environment.
- Drive market‑level initiatives as prescribed by market leaders.
- Drive operational excellence throughout the financial center.

- 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training or motivating a work team.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve problems independently or appropriately escalated to promote satisfaction.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
- Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage others in dialogue and build/deepen relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market.
- 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports.
- Experience in Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail and/or hospitality industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours Per Week: 40
- Pay range: $72,000.00 - $90,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
- Base salary only, not incentive eligible.
- This role is currently benefits eligible.
