Inventory Control Manager (US & Global Operations) Position Overview

The Inventory Control Manager owns end-to-end inventory accuracy, movement, and reconciliation across Blink’s U.S. and international operations. This role serves as the operational backbone between warehouses, 3PLs, manufacturing partners, finance, and fulfillment, ensuring inventory is accurate in Net Suite, physically controlled, audit-ready, and available to support revenue commitments.

Here’s What You’ll Do
  • Own inventory integrity across all U.S. and India locations including BTX, Field Advantage, Bowie, Howerton, and manufacturing partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in Net Suite, including serialized and non-serialized inventory, bins, locations, and entity alignment.
  • Plan and lead full physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and targeted audits.
  • Prepare and execute inventory adjustments tied to year-end close, audits, RMAs, and warehouse transitions.
  • Manage inbound RMAs including serial capture, disposition (repair, scrap, redeploy), and system reconciliation.
  • Coordinate movement of returned or decommissioned equipment to Field Services partners.
  • Support fulfillment readiness by ensuring inventory is correctly received, serialized, and available to fulfill sales orders.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between locations (US & India, warehouse to warehouse, engineering to fulfillment).
  • Produce detailed inventory reports, valuation files, serial logs, and audit documentation.
  • Serve as the central inventory liaison across Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales Ops, and 3PL partners.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Strong Net Suite inventory management experience
  • Experience managing serialized inventory, RMAs, and audits
  • Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, reconciliation, reporting)
  • Experience working with 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and execution skills
  • Travel required, must be able to be onsite locally in Maryland at manufacturing partners
