Santé is seeking a Full‑Time Mobile Crisis Clinical Coordinator to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Timonium, MD
. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the mobile crisis program, including supervising Mobile Crisis Clinicians, completing clinical assessments, and working as part of a police‑based team, providing emergency crisis intervention in the community. This in‑person, supervisory role is not remote.
- Experience working with a wide variety of clients across the lifespan
- Perform a Danger and Environmental Safety Assessment upon arrival at MCT calls
- Develop safety trainings in coordination with the Baltimore County Police Department and ensure the team effectively utilizes all safety measures
- Monitor MCT cases to ensure documentation is completed thoroughly, accurately and timely
- Provide administrative supervision to MCT Clinicians
- Educate on the Emergency Petition process to internal staff and external community resources
- Work in a professional and collaborative manner with law enforcement to manage Mobile Crisis Team(s)
- Be responsible for all scheduling of MCT and ensuring coverage for every shift with Manager
- Be accessible to BCCRS staff as an administrative supervisor as needed or assigned
- Be able to work into some night shifts to be accessible to staff in person
- Assist in development and implementation of community‑based trainings on MCT, BCCRS, and requested topics
- Collaborate with community providers to streamline service delivery (e.g., crisis beds, local hospitals, shelters)
- Update staff on new resources available or changes to existing providers
- Report any needed disciplinary action and work with Supervisor, Director and HR to implement actions
- Participate in community and company boards and committees, as needed
- Attend resource fairs/meetings related to community resources/services
- Communicate relevant information to program auditor, Clinical Manager and Director
- Act as liaison with other Baltimore County Crisis Response Systems
- Be responsible for orienting and training MCT staff
- Check work e‑mail according to agency protocol
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW, LCSW‑C, or LCPC)
- Board‑Approved Supervisory status preferred but not required
- At least three (3) years of related experience (supervisory experience preferred but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Be able to be on call every other week
- Be required to work one (1) summer and one (1) winter holiday per year
- Attend the Mandatory Safety Training Day once a year, with ample notice
- Understand that the end of the workday may go beyond the scheduled shift if on a call that extends past the end of shift
- Salary Range: $82,000–$86,000 annually (dependent on licensure and experience)
