As a Field Supervisor at Seaside, you will:

• Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field
• Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance
• Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards
• Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow-through
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule
• Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership
• Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth

• Technicians feel supported, challenged, and developed

This role is a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Enjoy helping others grow and succeed
• Are a strong communicator and team player
• Lead by example and hold a high standard
• Are reliable, consistent, and accountable

• Prefer working independently without leading others
• Avoid giving feedback or coaching
• Struggle with accountability or consistency
• Want a low-responsibility role
• Don't take ownership of team performance
