Reports To: General Manager, Regional Operations Manager - secondary report
Direct Reports: CSRs, Delivery Experts and Pizza Makers
Indirect Reports: N/A

AssistantGeneral Manager responsibilities
- Serve as manager‑on‑duty and second in command to the General Manager
- Partner with the General Manager to assist with recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Uphold brand standards and company policies
- Provide consistently high quality product and service to customers
- Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals
- Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Foster productive and professional team member relationships
- Act as store mentor and operations expert for all store‑level positions
- Build relationships with customers and the community
- Handle cash, reconciliation and reporting
- Manage inventory control and control
- Assist with marketing efforts

- Must be 18 years old or older
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance
- Effectively train and engage team members
- Pass background investigation and motor vehicle report
- Experience with inventory control, labor costs and computers
- Ability to create and manage team member schedules
- Strong arithmetic skills, may use calculator
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Motor coordination for precise movements with speed
- Typing skills on a keyboard or touchscreen
- Proficient with proprietary software systems (PULSE and PWR)
- Ability to give correct written instructions
- Competent telephone talking and hearing skills
- Adequate near and mid‑range vision and depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Capacity to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality control standards, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, as most tasks are performed from a standing position
