What You’ll Do

As a Field Supervisor at Seaside, you will:

  • Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field
  • Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience
  • Conduct weekly ride‑along and virtual coaching sessions
  • Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance
  • Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards
  • Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow‑through
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule
  • Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership
  • Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth
