Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Pleasants Development is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead residential land development projects from feasibility through construction and final delivery. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality communities while working with a collaborative, experienced team.
What You’ll Do- Manage all phases of development: feasibility, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Oversee bidding, contracting, and construction activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and monthly reporting
- Resolve field issues, manage inspections, and support builder and HOA coordination
- Partner with senior leadership on approvals, contracts, and project strategy
- Strong project management experience in land development or site infrastructure
- Civil Engineering degree and/or background with at least five years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of permitting, entitlements, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
