Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Admissions Director:
- Previous Long Term Care experience required
- Previous experience as a Director of Admissions preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of admissions processes, insurance verification, and census development
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
