Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results;
Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports;
Identify training and development opportunities to enhance performance;
Monitor the competitive environment and inform adjustments to maintain competitive position;
Participate in interviewing store personnel;
Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies;
Assist in maintaining stock levels and proper signage and store cleanliness;
Support payroll, budget, and loss control efforts;
Supervise day-to-day team operations and escalate as needed;
Uphold company policies and confidentiality of documents and data
